Posting information on the sale of mining equipment or machinery through an electronic consignment store on the information portal “Mining Exchange”

1. To post information on the sale of mining equipment or machinery through an electronic consignment store on the information portal “Mining Exchange”, it is necessary to fill out an Agreement with the obligatory indication of all the details of the seller and the Application (Appendix No. 1) to the agreement. The number of the Agreement and the Application is assigned by the manager of LLC Management Company “Gorny Mir”.

2. Agreement templates (download) and Applications (download) are posted on the website for downloads.

3. The Agreement and the Application are sent to LLC Management Company “Gorny Mir” in electronic form, followed by sending the originals, by courier or by mail, no later than three days from the date of electronic sending.

4. Posting on the information portal “Mining Exchange” in the “Consignment Store” section is free.

Payment for the services of LLC Management Company “Gorny Mir” occurs after the sale of goods in accordance with the Agreement.

5. The Seller (Committent) guarantees that he is the owner of the machinery and (or) equipment provided for sale. Also, the Seller (Committent) guarantees that the machinery and (or) equipment provided for sale is not mortgaged, is not under arrest, and is not the subject of claims by third parties. The Seller (Committent) guarantees that he has all the necessary rights to sell this technology or equipment within the framework of the concluded agreement.

6. The Seller (Consignor) guarantees that the quality of the goods offered for sale corresponds to the characteristics specified in the Application (Appendix 1).

7. The ownership of the goods sold passes from the owner of the goods directly to the final, retail buyer, bypassing LLC Management Company “Gorny Mir” (Commission Agent) by concluding a purchase and sale agreement for this product between the owner and the buyer.

8. The Seller (Principal) is responsible for the safety of the goods, the risks of its loss, as well as its damage, from the moment the information is posted on the electronic platform of the consignment store until the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement for the specified goods, or the end of the period for posting information on the portal.

9. Several Applications may be attached to each agreement (Appendix 1).

A separate Application is filled out for each product item.
