The IX International Forum of Rental and Construction Companies, a key event in the Russian rental market, was held in Krasnaya Polyana from September 24 to 26, 2025. The forum brought together more than 200 participants: owners of rental machinery and lifting equipment, representatives of small-scale mechanization, as well as industry experts and specialists from 30 cities of Russia and abroad.
The business program of the forum was rich and focused on key issues of the rental industry development:
• Anti-crisis strategies for rental companies in a changing market;
• pricing in the equipment rental market;
• digitalization and online promotion of the rental business;
• sales channels and effective service promotion tools;
• problems of small businesses in renting machinery and equipment.
Special attention was paid to the interaction between suppliers, rental and leasing companies, investment and financing issues. Of particular interest was the meeting with manufacturers of construction equipment from China, as well as the participation of the founder of Russia’s first factory for the production of self-propelled lifts.
Popular models of lifting equipment and new models of construction machinery were presented at the forum’s exhibition area. Among the key trends is the transition from diesel cars to electric versions, which corresponds to global trends in environmental friendliness and energy efficiency.
The forum included:
• the intellectual quiz game “The Battle of rental companies and suppliers”;
• Gala dinner awarding the winners of the II All-Russian Investment in Customer Festival;
• presentation of the annual All-Russian Rental Award in the following nominations: “Rental Leader of the Year”, “Rental Product of the Year”, “Stable Rental Development”, “Rental Supplier of the Year”.
The final day of the forum was held in an informal setting of a jeep quest in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana. This format helped the participants to strengthen professional ties, integrate newcomers to the rental business and establish new cooperation.
