On April 9, 2025, the IX All-Russian Congress of the Association NP Mining Industrialists of Russia was held at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow. The event brought together leading representatives of the mining industry, government authorities, the scientific community and educational institutions to discuss key issues of the development of the country’s mineral resource complex.
Valery Petrovich Gurin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of RGS LLC, Head of the Southern Branch of the Academy of Mining Sciences, as Vice-President of NP Mining Industrialists of Russia, took a direct part in organizing and holding the Congress and delivered a speech at the opening of the event.

The Association of NP “Mining Industrialists of Russia” unites industrialists, entrepreneurs, scientists and mining specialists, contributing to the consolidation and joint development of solutions for science and business to achieve technological sovereignty. The Supreme Mining Council supports the interests of the industry at the federal level and develops expert recommendations.
