Polymetal JSC, a Russian structure of Polymetal Int, has consolidated 100% of the shares of gold mining company Omolonskaya GRK LLC, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The changes to the registry entry were made on November 8. Now 99% of Omolonskaya GRK belongs to Polymetal’s subsidiary, Omolonskaya GRK LLC, and 1% belongs to Polymetal itself.
Until now, Polymetal controlled 50% of the company, and 50% belonged to Yenisei GOK LLC, whose founders are Andrey Gorbov (43%), Artem Gerasimenko (38%) and Alexander Lebedev (19%).
Omolonskaya Mining Company owns licenses for the Olchinskoye ore field, Solnechnoye and Podgornoye ore occurrences. In January-September, production increased by 14% to 5.038 tons of gold equivalent.
Polymetal is a gold and silver mining company with operating enterprises and development projects in Russia and Kazakhstan. Polymetal Int has been registered in Kazakhstan since August 7. The company’s production volume for the first three quarters of this year increased by 6% to 1.27 million ounces of gold equivalent (340 thousand in Kazakhstan and 932 thousand ounces in the Russian Federation).
