Regional Sales Manager for Crushing and Screening Equipment

Description
Responsibilities:
– active search for new clients;
– negotiations with clients, identification of customer needs;
– selection of crushing and screening equipment according to customer specifications;
– conclusion and support of contracts;
– preparation of commercial documentation;
– control of deliveries and accounts receivable;
– maintaining internal forms of weekly and monthly reporting;
– fulfillment of sales plan;
– participation in exhibitions (1-2 per year).
Requirements:
– higher education (technical education is welcome);
– experience in active sales from 3 years – mandatory;
– experience in sales of crushing and screening equipment (desirable).
– knowledge of equipment and technological processes of mineral extraction;
– knowledge and practical experience in the mining industry;
– negotiation skills;
– confident PC user, knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook;
– experience in CRM;
– mobility, readiness for business trips (1-2 per month), for traveling work;
– communication skills, activity, stress resistance;
Conditions:
– work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 8:00 to 17:00;
– employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
– corporate mobile communications (laptop if necessary);
– company car provided if necessary;

– place of work: Moscow, Ulitsa Akademika Yangelya metro station.
