Jaw crusher DSCH 100×200 M (DSCH 10M)
Purpose:
Designed for dry disintegration (mechanical destruction) of solid brittle raw materials of medium and low strength (ore and non-ore raw materials, building materials, solid waste, etc.)
Characteristic features:
• full access to the entire crushing chamber for convenient and quick cleaning of crushed products and maintenance due to the easily removable crushing jaw;
• precise adjustment of the discharge gap size by moving the “fixed” jaw through a stop screw with a lock nut;
• double crusher protection system: disc springs in the adjustment system from the ingress of non-crushable body, shear pin from excessive loads;
• double set of radial ball bearings in the eccentric of the crushing jaw;
• characterized by simple design, reliability in operation and high maintainability.
