Purpose:
For grinding brittle materials of medium strength in continuous mode using the dry method. It is used mainly in the processes of preparing samples of ore and non-ore raw materials for chemical and mineralogical analysis of the material composition.
Characteristic features:
– Protection against the ingress of non-crushable bodies. When non-crushable bodies enter the crushing zone, the resulting axial forces, pushing the disks apart, compress the spring in the rear bearing assembly of the rotor. This allows non-crushable bodies to pass into the unloading zone and prevents the grinder from jamming.
– Easy access to the disks for cleaning them.
– Fine adjustment of the parallelism of the fixed and movable disks.
– Possibility of connection to a 220V or 380V network (depending on the control panel).
