Disc eraser ID-250

Purpose:
For continuous, dry crushing of brittle materials of medium strength.
Characteristic features:
– Protection against ingress of uncrushable bodies. When uncrushable bodies enter the crushing zone, the resulting axial forces, pushing the disks apart, compress the spring in the rear bearing unit of the rotor. This allows uncrushable bodies to pass into the unloading zone and prevents jamming of the grinder.
– Easy access to the disks for cleaning them.
– Fine adjustment of the parallelism of the fixed and movable disks.
