Additional information:

om enter the intermediate tanks, from where they are fed through a pressure pipeline for additional purification.
For fine additional purification, high-speed pressure filters of mechanical and sorption additional purification, operating in automatic mode, are used.
The filter system of mechanical purification consists of:
– a column;
– a distribution system;
– a gravel substrate;
– a quartz sand load;
– an automatic control unit.
The filter system of sorption purification consists of:
– a column;
– a distribution system;
– a gravel substrate;
– an activated carbon load.
– an automatic control unit.
During the operation of the filters, the filter material becomes contaminated. To wash the filter material from contaminants and restore its properties,
an automatic flush is carried out.
The flush includes two stages:
1. backwash (loosening);
2. fast flush.
The backwash water after backwashing is returned to the pumping station through the pipeline. After backwashing is complete, the filter is automatically switched to the operating mode.
The wastewater after cleaning on the filters passes through the flow meter and is sent to the outlet.
During the settling of wastewater in settling tanks and bioreactors, large
masses of sediment capable of rotting are formed, therefore the sediment must be subjected to further
processing. An aerobic mineralizer is used to process the sediment after the primary, secondary settling tanks and the bioreactor.
The sediment from the primary and secondary settling tanks and the bioreactor through the sludge pipeline, due to
hydrostatic pressure, enters the aerobic mineralizer for sediment. From the mineralizer, the sediment is pumped through the pipeline to the bag dryer.
The dewatered sediment is taken to the solid waste disposal plant. The dewatered sediment belongs to the fourth hazard class.
