Regional sales manager for crushing and screening equipment

Responsibilities:
– active search for new clients;
– negotiations with clients, identifying customer needs;
– selection of crushing and screening equipment according to the customer’s technical specifications;
– conclusion and support of contracts;
– preparation of commercial documentation;
– control of supplies and accounts receivable;
– maintaining internal weekly and monthly reporting forms;
– fulfillment of the sales plan;
– participation in exhibitions (1-2 per year).
Requirements:
– higher education (technical education is preferred);
– 3 years of active sales experience is required;
– experience in sales of crushing and screening equipment (desirable).
– knowledge of equipment and technological processes of mining;
– knowledge and practical experience in the mining industry;
– ability to negotiate;
– confident PC user, knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook;
– experience in CRM;
– mobility, readiness for business trips (1-2 per month), for traveling work;
– communication skills, activity, stress resistance;
Conditions:
– work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 8:00 to 17:00;
– registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
– corporate mobile communications (laptop if necessary);
– if necessary, a company car is provided;
– competitive salary (salary performance bonus sales bonuses);
– place of work: Moscow, metro station Academician Yangelya Street.
