Master of the enrichment plant

Responsibilities:
– supervises workers of the change in ore processing and release of enrichment products.
– ensures: issuance of work orders in accordance with the received tasks; rationally distributes staff among workplaces taking into account the qualification training and personal qualities of performers; delivery and acceptance of the change in accordance with technical conditions and internal labor regulations; compliance by all employees of the change with the established technological mode, equipment operating rules and requirements for its maintenance; careful attitude to equipment, inventory, tools, buildings and structures; maintaining cleanliness at production sites and workplaces; timely adoption of measures to eliminate the causes that cause an increase in irrecoverable losses, an increase in concentrate production, etc., as well as the prevention of the release of substandard products; stopping work in the event of a threat to the life and health of workers or causing significant material losses, and, if necessary, taking workers to safe places with an urgent report to the shift supervisor or other responsible person; under the supervision of the shift supervisor, study by the personnel of the plan for preventing and eliminating accidents in the serviced workplaces; detailed instructions for workers on mastering new equipment and technology, as well as when transferring to another workplace.
– controls: the fulfillment by workers of shift assignments in terms of the volume and quality of manufactured products, compliance with material and labor cost standards; compliance with labor protection rules and standards, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
– makes proposals on rewarding workers who have distinguished themselves, on assigning qualification categories to workers; on imposing disciplinary sanctions for violation of labor and production discipline; personnel transfers.
– knows, understands and applies current regulatory documents related to his activities.
– knows and complies with the requirements of regulatory acts on labor protection and the environment, complies with the standards, methods and techniques for safe performance of work.
Requirements:
– knowledge of ore preparation processes, grinding, gravity, concentration, flotation.
– higher professional education, “Mineral processing”
– at least 3 years of experience in this specialty.
