The distributed control system (DCS) is a hardware and software complex for self-propelled diesel equipment in the mining industry. This DCS is designed to minimize human involvement in technological processes of equipment due to the high level of automation of the DCS. This will allow work to be carried out in hazardous areas, without risk to employees and to transfer part of the work to remote control from the surface.

The DCS being developed will allow:
– To increase the efficiency of the DCS;
– To optimize the DCS operation;
– To reduce the number of people in hazardous processes;
The DCS is based on a flexible level structure and allows you to configure (adapt) equipment for any type and brand of mining equipment:
* the first level is information collection.
* the second level is the creation of an executive module for the type and brand of mining equipment.
* the third level is the logical level.
The development of the entire hardware and software complex, including both hardware and software, is carried out entirely by ESFI.
