The Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation is organizing a business mission to China

The trip is scheduled for November 2026; the exact dates are still to be determined. The program is designed for representatives of Russian businesses interested in developing business contacts, entering the Chinese market, finding partners, and expanding scientific and technological cooperation.

Small innovative enterprises, small and medium‑sized businesses, production, technological and industrial companies, institutional investors, and development institutions are invited to participate.

The program may include companies operating in the following areas:
• the IT industry;
• microelectronics;
• robotics;
• biotechnology;
• mechanical engineering;
• agro‑industrial complex.

At the same time, the areas of the business program will be adapted to meet the needs of a specific business group.

The duration of the trip will be 7–10 days; the participation format will be in‑person, with full support. The planned size of the delegation is 10–12 people.
The route includes three key Chinese business centers: Beijing, Shenzhen, and Hainan. The organizers position them as complementary points on the route: Beijing is a decision‑making center, Shenzhen is a major industrial and technological center, and Hainan is a free trade zone.

A separate element of the program will be participation in the event on the sidelines of the 2026 APEC summit, which, according to the organizers, will allow participants to expand their professional contacts and gain access to the international expert agenda.

Prior to the start of the trip, preliminary work is carried out with each company to understand its requirements and commercial needs. Based on this, an individual business program is developed, including the selection of potentially significant contacts and negotiations.

Among the stated outcomes of participation are the search for suppliers and direct purchases from manufacturers, outsourcing production to Chinese partners, signing contracts with distributors, obtaining market analytics, and participating in R&D projects with funding.

The program also provides access to industry sessions, industrial sites, laboratories, and showrooms, as well as a cultural component aimed at introducing participants to the specifics of the Chinese business environment.
The cost of participation is from 500,000 rubles per person. The final cost of the package depends on the category of air tickets, accommodation conditions, and the necessary organizational expenses.

Detailed information about the business mission and participation conditions is published on the website of the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation: rd-mnts.ru/bmcn2026
